Privates Lessons start from the Whistler Base (by the hut at the bottom of the GLC Stairs) or at Blackcomb Base (by the hut at the base of the Blackcomb Gondola). Occasionally a private lesson may start at the Creekside base, but this is by special request and you would be notified.

Concierge 2022-23

Adult Ultimate group lessons meet in a couple different spots depending on the level they are. If they are Base Pod levels 1-3 they can either meet at the base of Blackcomb or Whistler. If they are Alpine levels 4-6 they can either meet at the alpine hut at the top of Blackcomb or at the alpine hut at the top Whistler.

Corporate groups meeting locations change depending on the group that is coming. Make sure to check your email/ schedule to see details that the Lead hand will be sending out with the meeting location and how the day will run.

Women's Camps, the skiers meet on Merlin's patio on the Saturday and the Snowboarders meet outside Showcase. The Sunday skiers and snowboarders meet behind Garbo's in the Carleton Lodge, beside the Oakley shop.

Kids lessons start from all bases. It varies depending on what program you are teaching where you will be meeting. Dailies and Adventure camp runs out of the Village, Blackcomb, and Creekside. Schools meets at Base 2. The Club programs run out Blackcomb, Base 2 and Creekside. If you are working Teens they only meet in the village.

The Roundhouse programs meet for morning session together before meeting their groups. They then meet with their groups at the designated spots.
