We are so proud that we are able to provide work and amazing experiences year round. In the winter our Snow School employs over 1500 instructors and in the summer up to 200 bike guides.
To support everyone we have a Senior Director (Kyle Murphy) and three General Managers (Donna Kerr, Bart Barczynski, and Brenda Peterson).
In the winter, each General Manager has a team of Managers and Supervisors that work out of 4 main bases: Blackcomb Base, Base 2 on Blackcomb, Whistler Village, and Creekside Base. When you are hired, you are hired as part of one or more Pods. Each pod reports to a supervisor and is located at one of the bases or in the adult groups case it may report out of the top of Whistler or Blackcomb mountains.
In the summer, there is one General Manager then one Manager who has a team of Supervisors that work out of 3 main bases: Blackcomb Base, Whistler Village, and Creekside Base.
