We have 10 Safety Ambassadors in the Snow School who are experienced staff with a goal to support you and your safety in the workplace.

Our Safety Ambassadors have a few goals:

- Encourage and support the safety of self and co-workings

- Recognise safe behavious and improvements

- Communicate safety goals and updates across the Snow School, including receiving feedback from you

- Guide newer or less experienced staff on safe work practices

In Snow School you have a lot of independence when you’re out with your classes. We want you to be making the best decisions for yourself and your guests every day. You have ownership over your decisions and with the Safety Ambassador program, you now have peer support for advise and guidance.

Overall we are hoping to see you continue to promote and practice a culture of safety on and off the hill.
