We own great guest service by being proactive and asking our guests what we can do to help. We are reliable by finding a solution to any problems and being experts in our field. It is also important that we are responsive and try to do this in a timely fashion. 

We personalize it by being curious and relating to their question or issue, and then finding a way to satisfy our guests' needs. Creating relationships is what we are great at, and our customers come back year after year to ski/ride with us when we make an effort to connect. 

We elevate guest service by going above and beyond their expectations. This does not need to be a grand gesture, but could just be remembering someone's name and saying hi to them the next day on the mountain. 

Don't know the answer? That's ok! Ask a fellow staff member or supervisor and find out. Rather than point, walk a guest to where they would like to go. Welcome every guest at their level with goggles up and use names whenever possible. 

It is also really important to extend great guest service to each other in our own and other departments. We are all each other's guests, and should strive to provide the same great level of service internally as well as externally.

In snow school it is very important that you read your safety manual and abide by all policies and procedures. We trust you to make good decisions and are here for you if you are unsure about what decisions to make. 

We work everyday to preserve our natural environment and contribute to the success of our local communities. Become aware of our Epic Promise program and how it can benefit you and our community. Consider the environmental and community impact of your everyday decisions. 

In snow school you can help our environment by considering the amount of waste you contribute. Pay attention to waste sorting bins, use reusable cups, and consider purchasing and selling used equipment. Get involved in community initiatives and contribute to WB's Environfund! 

At WB, we grow profit through smart and innovative business practices. You can be a positive advocate for the company by being aware of the impact of decisions and actions on company profitability. Working efficiently, completing tasks accurately, managing time well; striving for continual improvement and growth; being open to and suggesting new ideas; using company resources appropriately, are all ways you can contribute to sustaining and growing our company. 

As an instructor, paying attention to your pay stub so you are paid accurately, taking care of props, fencing and snow school assets, and only using what is necessary are ways you can help our business run efficiently. Bring your ideas forward - we are always looking for ways to improve. 

In Snow and Ride School, Safety is our #1 priority. We care about your physical AND mental health, and thus continually work to provide resources to prevent, maintain and recover from all health issues. Please also take personal accountability for the safety for yourself and others. Use the resources provided and speak up if you see something or someone that is unsafe. 

Fun is our product! We strive to create enjoyable and memorable experiences of a lifetime for you and our guests. Let's share the passion we feel for the mountains and put safety and fun at the forefront of all of our lessons.
