With over 1,500 instructors and more than 150 leaders and support team members, we’re a global community brought together by a shared love for the mountains and the magic of snow sports.

Each season, we gather on Whistler and Blackcomb, our two world-class mountains, to create the experience of a lifetime for our guests and each other. Collectively we speak over 25 languages and we’re united by a commitment to safety, inclusivity, and fun. This is more than a workplace, it’s a place where lifelong friendships are formed and where we grow together as professionals and as people.
