New Staff
The first set of training you will do is your online new hire training. This will come to you as a series of emails from Vail and a program called Saba/The Lift. You can access the trainings directly from these emails or by logging into Epic Service and clicking on the My Training & Development Tile.
Return Staff
There are a few steps that you have to go through to be rehired. You will need to fill in the hiring forms that will be sent directly to you from a Vailresorts email address. If you can't find them look out for them in your junk.
All passes will be active once you have filled in your forms . You will need to resign your winter waiver again on line AND head to the Springs to sign your Bike Park Waiver.
Part Time staff can pay for your dependent passes at that time.
Please click the page that applies to you for more information as the process is a little different for different employees.
