To use your retail discount, you (as the employee) must be present at the time of purchase, provide your employee ID number, and show a valid form of ID (such as driver’s license, passport, or active employee ski pass). You may only use your discount to purchase items for your own personal use.
As a reminder, your discount may be slightly less than 40% MSRP (original price) due to the cost at which the company purchases those items. The purchase will not go below cost +10%. -
Food Discounts: At select restaurants, you can also get up to 50% off food or a daily $9 meal.
Meal discounts for all non-uniformed employees will be restricted daily from 12:00-1:30.
Employees will be subject to capacity limitations at our on mountain restaurants (up to $42 per day before discount)
Employees will not receive preferential access ahead of guests so please plan ahead and be mindful of busy guest hours when dining with us.

The Vail Resorts Employee Assistance Program through "Mines and Associates" is available to Vail Resorts employees, dependents, and household members. It is available to employees for one month after separation from Vail Resorts. For employees who have been SIS'd (put on Seasonal Inactive Status), EAP is offered year-round. The EAP offers 24/7 support, resources and information. Click here for more details.
The “Stay All Season Program” is a program designed to give staff access to cheaper (or free!) physiotherapy. This is available to Full Time and Part Time staff. If you do not qualify for benefits, you may qualify for up to 4 free summer physio sessions.
This program is available to all new staff that haven't qualifies for benefits. Make use of the SAS (Stay all Season) Program

Certification Reimbursement
The Snow Sports reimbursement program is available to Snow School Instructors in good standing. It allows for the partial or full reimbursement of PSIC, CSIA and CASI course fees incurred by Instructors seeking further professional development. Please consult the document below for further details about the program. This program is one of the most generous in the industry and is a great incentive to pursue your training and develop your skills toward your next certification level.
2024-25 Certification Reimbursement
Re-reimbursement for PSIC courses will be on par with CSIA or CASI courses.
